Womens Martial Arts
The   core  elements of our  womens martial arts program   are  Self Defense,   Self Confidence,  Strength and Conditioning.  We will blend   aspects of  different  martial arts  together to make a complete package  of fitness  and self defense. You will learn striking techniques from kickboxing, groundfighting skills , and even some weapons training as well.  At the same time  you will be learning   how to defend yourself , you will also be building your self esteem  and confidence.
