                                                          MIXED  MARTIAL  ARTS

MIXED  MARTIAL  ARTS  is the fastest  growing  sport today. Our class is designed  for  everyone  from  beginner to advanced.  This  class will  cover all aspects of sport MMA  fighting . You will learn everything from   fighting on your feet ,throwing punches, kicks,elbows, and knees, to takedowns  and takedown defense.We will also cover groundfighting skills such as  Wrestling , submission grappling, and   Jiu Jitsu.  The MMA class will give you a great cardio workout and  also  give you an insight on  what it takes to be an MMA fighter. For those who wish to take it to the next level and compete in MMA,    we offer a special  MMA fighter program which involves  alot more intense training and  lots of sparring .


  Our  Mixed Martial Arts  program is divided into  2 classes   ,  1 hour each

        MMA   Striking/Kickboxing  /Boxing :     This class focuses on  all techniques used in  an MMA fight ,starting off with  the basics of  boxing and kickboxing . We also emphasize the  importance of  fighting out of the clinch and  ultimately  Takedowns and Takedown defense  which will lead into  the  Groundfighting  class of the MMA  program.

     MMA   Groundfighting/NO-GI GRAPPLING:    This class  starts where  the  MMA Striking class ends....Takedowns and  Takedown defense. You will learn the  importance of  the groundfighting arts  and to ultimately put it together  so that you are confident  when fighting    in bad positions  such as being on the ground  .   You will learn  various takedowns and takedown defense,  and we will focus heavily on  submissions and no gi grappling. Once you learn the basics of  grappling,  then   you will  be able to use strikes   as we  roll.


EQUIPMENT NEEDED:                              MMA training gloves, shin pads, groin protector,mouthpiece, and headgear
